how do I place an order?

You can start a new order simply by adding items to your shopping cart. When you have put all the items you wish to purchase in your cart, click the "Checkout" button in the top right-hand corner of your screen. Follow the instructions provided in each screen to place an order.

can I change my order?

We strive to fill orders as quickly as possible. If you find you need to change your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do all we can to assist you. If we are not able to get your changes submitted before your order has shipped, you are always free to return unused products (as long as the vendor is not listed among the few that do not accept returns) by carefully following the guidelines under "Returns and Replacements".

what if the item I want is on backorder?

We will notify you if your item is backordered. We will be glad to hold your order, if that is your preference; otherwise,we will cancel your order and you can return later to reorder.

how do I cancel my order?

If you change your mind before submitting your order, you can either delete your item(s) from the shopping cart or simply leave the website. If you have confirmed your order, you will need to contact us as soon as possible to avoid your order being shipped and charged to you.

when will my credit card be charged?

Your card will be charged when your order is placed. We make every attempt to have your order shipped as soon as possible after it is placed, but occasionally due to high order volume or backorders, this may not be possible.

The charge will appear on your credit card as "everyCasa".

should I put spaces or dashes in my credit card number?

No, your card number should be entered as a continuous string of numbers.

why are you not accepting my credit card?

There are many reasons for a failed credit card transaction. Your card may have expired, reached its limit, or the credit card company's computer may be down. If you have any problems, please contact Customer Service between the hours of 9AM – 5PM Pacific Time, Monday – Friday, at 1-800-326-1325, or send an email to support@etailz.com. Please be prepared to provide any error messages you may have received.

do I have to pay sales tax?

By law, we must charge sales tax in all states in which everyCasa has operations. Because everyCasa is located exclusively in Washington, we must charge state sales tax to all orders shipped to Washington customers.

What is the status of my order?

To see the shipment status of your order, please log in to your account and click on "View Order Status and History".

How can I get my tracking number?

You can easily retrieve your tracking number by viewing the details of your placed order. To do so, please log in to your account and click "View Order Status and History". Find the line with the correct order and click "Track".

How do I enter a shipping address?

We will ask you on the order form if you would like your product(s) shipped to your billing address. If so, please check the box at the top of the "Ship To" information. If you want your order sent to a different address, enter it in the space provided.

Can I change my shipping address?

Unfortunately, you cannot always change your shipping address after we have sent your order to our vendor. If you realize you need a different shipping address, contact us and we will do whatever we can to amend the shipping address. If your order is not successfully delivered, it will be returned to our manufacturer or distributor's warehouse and a credit will be made to your account. You can, however, change your "Ship To" address in your account information at any time or before submitting a particular order. Also, you can ship items in an order to more than one address, but will require additional shipping charges to do so.

How do you calculate shipping charges?

We use flat rate shipping based on the dollar amount being ordered. See Shipping for full details.

Do you ship to my country?

We currently only ship to the Continental United States. Unfortunately at this time, we do not accept orders to Alaska, Hawaii, or International addresses. In some circumstances, however, we may be able to accommodate your order. Gifts and Gift Cards

can I purchase a gift card from everyCasa?

Yes, we sell electronic gift cards on our website. These can be purchased in any even dollar amount and can be used to purchase any item on our website. Just enter the gift card number when you are ready to pay for your order.

We deliver everyCasa gift cards via email, so you will need to provide the recipient's email address. At this time we do not offer gift cards in any other format.

do everyCasa gift cards expire?

No, they never expire.

What if the recipient wants to return his/her gift?

All gifts are returnable under the same conditions as an order you place for yourself. See Returns and Refunds under Customer Service for more information.

is gift wrap available?

In general, gift wrap is not available. Due to the fact that everyCasa orders are shipped directly from our manufacturers and distributors, we cannot offer gift wrapping.
